Damaged Items / Returns Policy – The Witchery Shed

At The Witchery Shed, every crystal is carefully checked, photographed, packed, and protected before being sent. As crystals are natural, delicate items, minor natural imperfections, inclusions, texture variations, or small raw edges are not considered damage.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged crystal/item
  • A video of the parcel being opened (unboxing video) showing the condition upon arrival

This helps us assess the issue fairly and support any shipping claim.

Important Refund Conditions

No refunds or replacements will be issued without sufficient evidence, including an unboxing video where requested.

If a return is approved:

  • The damaged item must be returned to The Witchery Shed before any refund is processed
  • This allows us to inspect the item and submit a claim with the shipping provider where applicable
  • Refunds or replacements are only issued once the item has been received back

Return Requirements

Returned items must:

  • Be sent back in the condition received
  • Include original packaging where possible
  • Be returned within the timeframe given once return approval is confirmed

What Is Not Covered

We cannot refund or replace items for:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling after receipt
  • Accidental drops / breakages
  • Minor natural crystal imperfections
  • Failure to provide required evidence within the stated timeframe

Shipping Damage Claims

If damage occurred during transit, we may need your cooperation to complete a claim with the courier. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in the claim being denied.

Final Decision

The Witchery Shed reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements where policy requirements are not met.
