Shipping Delays
The Witchery Shed is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
However, once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the postal service.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
